AI Chatbot / Automation Specialist to $4000

About the role:
We are seeking a talented AI Chatbot & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize intelligent conversational systems and business process automations.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely (part-time or full-time) while collaborating with a forward-thinking team driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer engagement and internal efficiency.
• Designed and implemented workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, and other automation platforms.
• Integrate chatbots and automations with CRMs, ERPs, helpdesk software, and third-party APIs.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve chatbot and automation performance for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to identify and execute automation opportunities.
• Ensure chatbot experiences align with the company’s brand voice and customer experience standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and automation trends, recommending innovative solutions.
  
  Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, and/or Make for workflow automation.
• Proven track record in chatbot design and deployment (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar).
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs and conversational AI best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote teams.
  
  Preferred Skills
• Experience with Python or JavaScript for custom integrations and advanced automations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in SaaS, customer service, or operations automation.
