Weβre looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our Sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and effective responses to incoming leads.This position is critical to optimizing our sales pipeline by gathering essential client information and improving CRM data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, delivering quick and professional responses.
Qualify leads by gathering and documenting essential business information, including:
- Industry and market segment to understand the client's operating environment.
- Product requirements to identify specific needs and potential fit.
- Budget availability to assess feasibility and alignment with our offerings.
- Project timeline to evaluate urgency and planning horizon.
- Key decision-makers to map out the stakeholders involved in the purchasing process.
- Maintain and enrich CRM records to support prioritization by Sales Managers.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Working hours from 14:00 to 22:00 (Mon-Fri).
What we expect from the candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in lead qualification, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly analyze and extract relevant business information.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and detail-focused mindset.
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
