Freelance Tech Copywriter (Project-Based) to $1100 Offline

Do you enjoy shaping complex tech topics—especially AI—into clear, engaging content? We’re looking for a freelance copywriter who can support WLTech.AI on a project basis.

WLTech.AI (formerly WebLab Technology) is a remote-first software development company that has been building products since 2013. We create solutions for mid-sized and enterprise businesses, with clients including AstraZeneca, Novartis, Pfizer, ING, Philips, Emaar Properties, and others across Europe and the USA.

We don’t need a full-time content specialist—just someone who can periodically create high-quality materials that strengthen our brand presence.

What you will do:

• Write ~1 long-form article (mainly AI/tech topics) approximately once every 4–6 months.
• Prepare several short LinkedIn posts upon request (company or employer-branding topics).
• Help refine and structure articles drafted by the team (editing, polishing, clarity improvements).
• Suggest relevant topics when needed and contribute to light content planning.
• Support promotion of published materials (e.g., pitching to industry media, submitting content to niche communities, coordinating placements).
• Occasionally collaborate with our designer to align text and visuals.
   

What we expect:

• Proven experience writing IT/tech/B2B content.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong written English (B2–C1).
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different formats (articles, LinkedIn posts).
• Comfort working with editorial feedback and iterative edits.
  
   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of AI/ML topics.
• Experience with technical or product-oriented writing.
• Experience with light PR or content placements.
• Ability to independently structure long-form content from scratch.
