Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking CFO for our partner - group of companies (AdTech, Digitl marketing)

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA, ACCA/CIMA is an advantage)
• Minimum 7 years of senior financial management experience (preferably in technology or multinational companies)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial strategy
• Background in fundraising, investments, M&A is preferred
• Knowledge of international structures, multi-currency operations, taxation across jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and audit practices
• Proficiency in ERP/BI systems, advanced Excel
• Experience with KPIs, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and tax planning

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

   

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of financial strategy in coordination with management
• Preparation and control of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Financial and management reporting (P&L, budgets, daily control)
• Cost management, cash flow and multi-currency balance control
• Work with banks, audits, fundraising and investment processes
• Support in legal and tax structuring across jurisdictions
• Management of finance and controlling teams, cross-department cooperation
• Oversight of revenue, financial sustainability and risk management
• Preparation of financial statements, analysis of transactions and business efficiency proposals
