SMM Specialist (LinkedIn) to $700
Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and complex problem-solving.
Weβre looking for a SMM Specialist to join our team on a part-time / flex-time basis. Your main focus will be on building and running our LinkedIn presence β creating engaging posts, driving brand awareness, and making sure our content resonates with the IT & AI community. In the future, you may also help us grow on other platforms.
What Youβll Do:
- Develop, plan, and execute LinkedIn content strategy β with a focus on tech and business topics.
- Write and publish posts β from idea to final version with visuals.
- Create basic visuals β using Canva or Figma, and collaborate with designers or copywriters when needed.
- Research IT/AI outsourcing trends β translate insights into relevant, engaging content.
- Monitor engagement and track performance β analyze results and suggest improvements.
- Maintain brand voice β ensure consistency across all LinkedIn activities.
What Weβre Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in SMM for IT companies (focus on LinkedIn).
- Strong writing skills in English (B2+) β ability to create clear, engaging posts.
- Understanding of LinkedIn mechanics β algorithms, engagement tactics, best practices.
- Ability to research tech/business topics and turn them into simple, valuable content.
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) β enough to create visuals for posts.
- Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage content calendar independently.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Instagram or other social platforms.
Background in IT/AI-related content.
