Video Content Manager / Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive content plans for regular LinkedIn posting aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content including case studies, expert interviews, and service presentations
  • Edit videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) with graphics, animations, and subtitles
  • Optimize video content specifically for LinkedIn's algorithm and B2B audience engagement
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads) and provide analytical reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with technical experts and sales team to create authentic, valuable content
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all video materials

 

Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in video production and social media content creation
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn platform, algorithms, and B2B marketing
  • Upper-Intermediate English level for international audience engagement
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
     

Professional Skills:

  • Portfolio demonstrating successful video content for B2B audiences
  • Knowledge of IT services industry and technology solutions marketing
  • Strong project management and deadline management abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories
