Junior In-app Mediabuyer

an affiliate network built entirely on a custom engine developed from scratch. Within this network, offers are actively promoted from verticals such as iGaming, gaming, social casinos, and more.

What sets this project apart is its focus on exclusivity: the network works exclusively with unique offers, providing the best conditions on the market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Preparation and Launch;
  • Selecting offers together with the team lead or senior media buyer;
  • Setting up and launching test campaigns on ad networks (PropellerAds, Richads, Evadav, etc.);
  • Working with pre-landers and landing pages: testing and verifying correct display;
  • Preparing and adapting creatives (banners, texts, videos) according to platform requirements;
  • Setting up and verifying tracking (UTM tags, postbacks);
  • Monitoring, Analysis & Optimization;
  • Daily monitoring of campaign metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC, etc.);
  • Timely identification and disabling of underperforming placements, formats, or GEOs;
  • Conducting A/B tests of creatives, headlines, and audiences.
  • Organizational & Team Tasks;
  • Aligning plans and results with the team lead;
  • Exploring new traffic sources and approaches as assigned by management;
  • Participating in internal training and team meetings.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to set up and launch campaigns in popular networks (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PropellerAds, TikTok Ads, etc.);
  • Understanding of postbacks, pixels, UTM tags, and trackers (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the differences between push, native, popunder, in-app, and social traffic, and the ability to match them to the offer;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred) to understand landing page structure and work properly with prelanders;
  • Ability to read statistics and quickly analyze CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, and identify performing and underperforming funnels;
  • A/B testing skills, understanding how to test creatives, audiences, and landing pages;
  • Insight discovery skills, ability to identify patterns by time, GEO, devices, formats;
  • Creating and adapting creatives, working with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop, selecting visuals and texts appropriate for the audience.
