an affiliate network built entirely on a custom engine developed from scratch. Within this network, offers are actively promoted from verticals such as iGaming, gaming, social casinos, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing an in-app traffic acquisition strategy based on key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV);
  • Planning and allocating budgets across ad networks, sources, geos, and formats;
  • Scaling successful campaigns and quickly pausing underperforming ones;
  • Identifying and testing new traffic sources, evaluating their potential;
  • Setting up campaigns across ad networks (Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, Vungle, Chartboost, etc.);
  • Monitoring key metrics such as eCPM, CTR, CVR, ARPU, and others;
  • Conducting in-depth traffic quality analysis using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava);
  • Briefing designers, copywriters, and video editors;
  • Ensuring creative quality and adapting assets to formats and devices;
  • Analyzing creative performance and quickly launching new hypotheses.

 

Requirements

  • Experience with Moloco (in-app network) is required;
  • Full understanding of the in-app ecosystem and at least 1 year of recent experience in the gambling vertical;
  • Monthly ad spend from $50000;
  • Deep Understanding of the In-App Ecosystem;
  • Knowledge of in-app ad formats: interstitial, rewarded video, banner, native, playable ads;
  • Understanding of ad networks and DSPs: Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, Vungle, Chartboost, etc.;
  • Working with auctions and bidding: setting and optimizing bids, understanding the impact of eCPM, CTR, CVR on traffic buying;
  • Analytics and Optimization Skills;
  • Confident use of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava): tracking setup, attribution, funnel analysis;
  • A/B testing of creatives, placements, and audience segments;
  • Identifying and blocking fraud: working with anti-fraud tools, knowledge of key fraud types (click injection, SDK spoofing, etc.);
  • Briefing designers and video editors on in-app creative production;
  • Knowledge of approaches that increase CTR and CVR in mobile games and apps;
  • Optimizing creatives for different sizes, formats, and platforms (iOS/Android);
  • Planning and executing scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns;
  • Budget allocation across networks, campaigns, and ad formats;
  • Launching and testing new traffic sources, evaluating their potential;
  • Building and automating media buying processes.
