✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a similar role
• Background in gambling industry or strong understanding of its operations
• Experience creating process docs, specifications, and diagrams
• Knowledge of web & mobile app development lifecycle
• Writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and prioritizing requirements for max value
• Preparing Technical Design or Requirement Documents
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to implement solutions aligned with business needs
   

🧩 What You’ll Do:

• Translate business goals into actionable backlog items
• Provide reasoning for each item in the backlog
• Communicate requirements clearly to technical teams
• Gather info from stakeholders & internal departments
• Support sprint planning and follow functionality to production
• Conduct interviews, analyze interfaces, and create clear user stories
• Handle requirement-related conflicts efficiently
   

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of architecture/design patterns
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
   

💼 Business Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in gambling operations
• Understanding of platform/domain-level requirements

• Strong leadership and communication
• Detail-oriented with proactive follow-up
