Requirements

🐾 Experience in software and web development at least 2y.

🐾 Proficient in communication with the ability to convey ideas clearly.

🐾 Autonomously managing Business Analysis tasks.

🐾 Proficiency in SDLC and Agile Development.

🐾 Capable of collaborating seamlessly across multiple product teams.

🐾 Demonstrates flexibility to navigate and adapt to various project requirements.

🐾 Fluent in spoken English (work with US customers).

Responsibilities

🐾 Align business needs and goals, leveraging expectations effectively.

🐾 Elicit and validate client-centered requirements efficiently.

🐾 Generate and propose innovative solutions.

🐾 Collaborate with UX/UI team on product and feature design.

🐾 Lead product discovery with the design team, managing backlog and creating User Stories.

🐾 Formulate project documentation (SRS, DoD, RACI, roadmap), creating supplementary artifacts and diagrams.

🐾 Manage change requests, send weekly client invoices.

🐾 Participate in pre-sales, engagement activities.

🐾 Create budgets, facilitate workload management.

🐾 Prioritize features, plan sprints effectively.

🐾 Work closely with stakeholders, development teams.

🐾 Ensure successful solution implementation, adherence to roadmap.

🐾 Participate in and facilitate team meetings.

🐾 Plan, coordinate, monitor project performance.

🐾 Assist with development management, project reporting processes.
