Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer with strong applied AI experience to join our US-based team. This role focuses on building and scaling AI pipelines for retail vision applications, with a strong emphasis on object detection, transformers, and real-world AI deployment. Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize computer vision models (YOLO, transformer-based architectures) for large-scale retail and CPG datasets
• Design and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
• Write high-quality, scalable code in Python and integrate models into production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product-ready AI capabilities
• Explore and prototype innovative approaches to shelf recognition, product detection, and digital twin generation
• Ensure model scalability, reliability, and efficiency

• Stay current with research and apply emerging techniques to strengthen product performance

   

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in computer vision, machine learning, or related fields
• Strong hands-on expertise with YOLO and transformer-based computer vision models
• Proven track record in Python programming and AI/ML pipeline development
• Experience working with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability to work in the NY time zone

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or similar simulation environments
• Prior experience in CPG, retail, or large-scale vision systems
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices and deployment at scale
