Content writer / Copywriter to $1100

We are looking for a creative and eloquent copywriter to join the marketing team. This role is best suited for curious, organized, and team players who want to explore their most creative ideas and try out different writing styles.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
 

• Writing the content that generates leads: articles, case studies, lead magnets, landing page content, etc.;
• Collaborating with SEO specialist on creating SEO content that generates traffic;
• Analyzing the website content performance, generate and test hypotheses to improve it;
• Researching our target audience, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities to capture leads' attention with content;
• Prepare content pieces for our clients (articles or landing page content mostly)
• Designing portfolio and service presentations to sell our expertise (in collaboration with designers)
• Following company's global marketing strategy and supporting it with content;
• Developing and following the content marketing strategy to achieve marketing goals;
• Briefing and managing outsource copywriters, content quality control;
• Helping the marketing team with other creative tasks that include content.

Requirements:
 

• Work experience with IT industry;
• Strong copywriting skills and content creation for various formats + portfolio; 
• Understanding on-page SEO best practices (headlines, metadata, internal linking, alt text);
• Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.) to track content performance
• Research skills;
• Content strategy development;
• Experience writing for B2B service companies would be a plus;
• Presentation and sales materials preparation skills would be a plus;
• Content distribution knowledge (how to repurpose and promote content across channels) would be a plus;
• Basic design and formatting skills would be a plus (Canva/Figma/Google Slides);
• Ability to use AI for research and optimization (Grammarly, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc) - BUT writing with AI is a red flag;
