Overview
The Social Media Manager will be the digital voice for our SaaS platform, designed to empower Sales and Marketing professionals in prospecting and lead generation. You will craft and execute strategies that showcase our value, engage a B2B audience, and drive inbound interest from target users seeking better sales and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a results-driven social media plan that highlights the platform’s lead generation capabilities and aligns with the needs of Sales and Marketing professionals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms frequented by B2B audiences.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to design messaging that demonstrates how the product streamlines prospecting and delivers measurable ROI.
- Utilize prospecting and social selling tactics to identify, connect with, and nurture potential users, leveraging case studies, testimonials, and social proof.
- Deploy and manage campaigns around product launches, webinars, downloadable resources, and success stories relevant to lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (qualified leads, engagement, demo requests, etc.) to continuously improve content and outreach.
- Use our platform to maximize reach and targeting.
- Drive thought leadership by sharing insights, blog posts, and trends addressing the pain points and aspirations of your core Sales and Marketing audience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing B2B social strategy for a SaaS company, especially in lead generation or sales/marketing tech.
- Strong grasp of modern prospecting methods, inbound/outbound campaign tactics, and the software tools supporting these efforts.
- Demonstrable track record of growing relevant social followings and nurturing leads into sales-ready opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical features into clear,
compelling content for professionals.
- Data-driven mindset, making informed decisions based on campaign analytics and funnel performance.
- Experience creating impactful content to attract leads.
Desirable Experience
- Experience directly supporting sales enablement, go-to-market, or demand generation programs.
- Hands-on use of prospecting and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo,
ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Ability to foster community engagement and leverage user-generated content.
