As Head of Marketing, you will be at the helm of Simple Wallet`s growth strategy, responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate lasting traction. You will be a key player in shaping our brand, optimizing unit economics, and building an agile, data-driven marketing team. Your expertise will ensure we reach our goals quickly and effectively.

Requirements
 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably as Head of Marketing in fast-growth startups or tech companies.
  • Deep experience in driving growth, user acquisition, and engagement in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment, particularly within the fintech or crypto space.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics and a hands-on analytical approach to optimizing marketing performance.
  • Expertise in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, content, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • A fast thinker and doer with the ability to pivot quickly and execute under pressure.
  • A strong leader who can inspire teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive results.
  • Experience in crypto or fintech, B2C products, and crypto wallets will be preferred.
     
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Own the growth strategy, focusing on scaling user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels, particularly digital.
  • Brand Leadership: Shape and communicate Simple.app’s brand vision, positioning, and story, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate marketing performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Traction: Identify and implement creative marketing initiatives that rapidly increase traction in the crypto space, from paid ads to community engagement.
  • Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, execution, and agility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep Simple.app ahead of the curve in a competitive and fast-moving crypto market.
