Affiliate Manager $$ Offline

Play.Partners is an international iGaming Affiliate Network that’s scaling fast — and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Affiliate  Manager to focus on growing and managing our network of webmasters across Tier-1 markets.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to build trust with webmasters, understands their needs, and knows what drives performance in the iGaming space.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with webmasters (Betting, Casino, iGaming)
• Onboarding new webmasters, assisting with campaign setup and optimization
• Monitoring stats and identifying growth opportunities to maximize ROI
• Providing timely updates, support, and performance insights to partners
• Coordinating with media buying, product, and analytics teams
• Ensuring traffic quality and preventing fraud
• Representing Play.Partners at key industry events and conferences

🔍 What We Expect From You:

• 1–3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in affiliate marketing
• Hands-on experience working with webmasters in the iGaming vertical is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of performance models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• English level B2+ for daily communication with international partners
• Experience with affiliate platforms and trackers (Affise, HasOffers, Keitaro) is a plus
