Non-tech Recruiter Offline

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team and help us find top talent for international markets. You will work closely with hiring managers, identify and engage potential candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
