We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter who is eager to grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, youโ€™ll get hands-on experience working with diverse positions across different markets.

Requirements:
โ€” 0-6 months of commercial experience in the position of Researcher or Recruiter.
โ€” Courses in recruiting; self-study of recruiting theory and HR processes.
โ€” Well-developed communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.
โ€” Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level (to enable oral communication).

Responsibilities:
โ€” Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
โ€” Conducting interviews.
โ€” Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
โ€” Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in the ATS system.
โ€” Managing recruitment funnel reporting.
โ€” Utilizing various tools in work, including AI.
