Retention Manager

We are looking for a specialist who will take full responsibility for building the player retention strategy in an online casino. The role includes database segmentation, promo management, customer experience optimization, and launching CRM tools.

 

 

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing retention and reactivation strategies
  • Retaining players via tournaments, promo campaigns, bonuses, and internal events
  • Segmentation of the database and personalization of communications
  • Working with channels: email, SMS, push, in-app, pop-up
  • Building email chains and setting up triggered campaigns
  • Monitoring deliverability, analyzing metrics, A/B testing
  • Close collaboration with analytics, marketing, and product teams

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Retention / CRM in a real money online casino
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, segmentation, and automation
  • Understanding of key metrics: DAU, LTV, Retention, ROI, Churn
  • Confident use of analytical tools
  • Ability to work with large player databases and A/B tests
  • English level: B1 or higher
