Graphic/Motion Designer

Description:
We’re looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer who knows how to make visuals move and grab attention in the iGaming space. Your main tasks: create and animate banners, refine existing assets, and adapt them across formats. The goal isn’t just to design — but to craft dynamic stories that hook players and make them engage.
 

What you’ll help with:

• Create motion creatives: video banners, stories, reels, intros, promotional and branded animations.
• Design graphic materials: banners, covers, posters, email creatives.
• Generate AI content:
  • Static images (characters, environments, objects) using Midjourney / DALL·E / Stable Diffusion and others.
  • Dynamic AI videos and animations via Freepik, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.
• Post-process and adapt AI-generated content: refine details, retouch, compositing.
• Adapt creatives to different formats (web, mobile, social).

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Element 3D plugin, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• Skills in AI content generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).
• Understanding of composition, rhythm, color, lighting, and typography.
• Ability to adapt creatives across various formats (web, mobile, social).

Nice to have:

• Experience with 3D (Blender / Cinema 4D).

Conditions:

• Full-time role (Monday–Friday);
• Standard working hours starting around 9:00 AM (GMT+3);
• Remote position;
