We’re Hiring: Head of Tech (CTO) — FB & Influencer Marketing

📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (Office / Hybrid)


 

We’re looking for a Head of Tech / CTO to join our holding and build the technical infrastructure from the ground up (or enhance the current setup) to support our high-scale traffic arbitrage operations through Facebook and influencer marketing.


 

We move fast, stay flexible, and focus on performance. We’re looking for someone who can not only maintain processes but drive them strategically.


 


 

What You’ll Do:


 


 

  • Design and scale the full technical architecture for FB and influencer campaigns: anti-detects, multi-accounting, proxies, trackers, BI, automation tools
  • Build a secure and resilient system for account management: protection, recovery, loss minimization
  • Automate routine processes across traffic buying, funnel management, and reporting
  • Implement CRM and analytics tools to support influencer operations
  • Lead and grow the tech team (Developers, DevOps, BI)
  • Be part of the holding’s strategic core and contribute to high-level decisions


 


 


 

What We Expect:


 


 

  • 3+ years of experience as a CTO or Head of Tech
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads mechanics (bans, BMs, API, pixels, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with trackers (Keitaro, Binom, etc.), CRM and BI systems
  • Solid grasp of traffic arbitrage and performance marketing (experience with influencer flows is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record in team leadership and building tech processes from scratch
  • Agility, ownership mindset, and strong business orientation
