Paid Advertising (PPC) Specialist Amazon

VitaUp is a fast-scaling international e-commerce brand in the premium supplements niche, operating on Amazon US & EU. We compete with market leaders like NOW and Pure Encapsulations — and we’re looking for a seasoned Amazon PPC Specialist who can take our advertising strategy to the next level.

 

This role is for someone who’s been in the trenches — managing large ad budgets, navigating competitive categories, and consistently delivering profitable growth.

 What you’ll do
 

  • Develop, manage, and scale Amazon Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display) to maximize ROAS and sales growth.
  • Continuously analyze performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs (ROAS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, CVR).
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize ad creatives, product pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Manage ad compliance with Amazon guidelines, FDA regulations, and brand positioning.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm updates, PPC innovations, and DSP capabilities.
  • Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous scaling.
     

You’re a great fit if you have
 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (health & wellness, supplements, or beauty is a big plus).
  • Proven track record in scaling ad campaigns profitably and improving organic ranking.
  • Experience managing great month ad spend while maintaining or improving ROAS.
  • Strong skills with Amazon PPC tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout) and analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad placement optimization.
  • CRO knowledge — A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative split-testing.
  • Confident English (B2+).
  • Understanding of Amazon compliance policies and ToS.


 

Preferred skills
 

  • Experience with Amazon DSP and AI-driven bid automation.
  • External traffic integration (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to boost Amazon ranking.
  • Knowledge of A+ Content creation & Amazon Store design.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and post-purchase funnels.
