Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator
This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting dots, streamlining communication between internal stakeholders and contractors, and implementing AI tools in marketing workflows.
You’ll be the one ensuring that the external service providers deliver according to plan, while also supervising key in-house directions such as LinkedIn, Facebook, AI integration, and our Knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Coordination (with external contractors)
- Act as Marketing Coordinator from the company side
- Monitor execution of tasks according to the service providers agreements
- Provide contractors with input and context when needed
- Let the leadership team know if there are any problems or delays, so they can decide what to do
Maintain and update the internal knowledge base
📣 SMM Oversight (in-house)
- Full ownership of LinkedIn and Facebook marketing tasks
Clarify and structure remaining tasks in these channels
⚙️ Operational Process Building
- Set up effective communication flows between agencies and stakeholders
- Suggest AI tools that can be used in marketing, and create an implementation plan
Build documentation and workflows around AI-enhanced processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of experience in marketing coordination, digital project management, or related roles
- Basic understanding of AI tools, how IT Marketing works (no need to be an expert, but curiosity is a must)
SMM knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with marketing agencies or freelancers
- Interest in employer branding or talent marketing
Past exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, or other AI platforms
