SMM (Community Manager)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Community Manager / SMM Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of Telegram communities across our iGaming brands. This role is critical for building engagement, loyalty, and long-term player retention through smart content and active communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow active Telegram communities and chats across multiple iGaming brands
  • Maintain daily communication with users: respond to questions, gather feedback, and manage conflict or negativity
  • Develop and implement content strategies focused on audience engagement and retention
  • Write compelling, audience-relevant posts in Russian and Ukrainian
  • Create and launch community activations such as contests, polls, and giveaways
  • Collaborate with designers to produce visuals and creatives for Telegram
  • Seamlessly integrate promotional campaigns and bonus offers into community content
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g. Engagement Rate, CTR, subscriber growth) to inform future content and strategy
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Moderate chats and ensure a safe, respectful, and spam-free environment

     

Requirements

Must-have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming, Gambling, or Betting industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or SMM Specialist with a focus on Telegram
  • Fluent/native written communication in Russian and Ukrainian
  • Proven ability to write engaging, human-centered copy
  • Experience developing and executing successful SMM campaigns and community activities
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
  • High level of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop)
  • Experience editing short-form video content (e.g. Shorts, Reels)
  • Familiarity with Telegram automation and analytics tools
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful community building or engagement
