Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• To build the finance department in the company
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and planning
• Organize and oversee accounting for both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions
• Prepare financial, tax, and management reporting (IFRS / local GAAP)
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
• Collaborate with the Compliance Officer (AML/CFT) to ensure regulatory alignment
• Optimize tax structure across jurisdictions in cooperation with legal advisors
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, PSPs, auditors, and investors
• Manage risk, ensure adequate liquidity and financial reserves
• Support company structuring in international jurisdictions (if applicable)
  
   

 Requirements:

• 3+ years in a CFO or Head of Finance role
• Strong background in financial accounting and reporting
• Proven experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or digital assets sector
• Solid knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and tax implications in crypto
• Experience working with financial institutions, tax authorities, and auditors
• Familiarity with payment solutions (SWIFT, SEPA, PSP integrations)
• Fluent in English (B2+ level or higher)
