Senior Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own and scale our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram. You’ll drive the full content lifecycle — from strategy to short-form video production, copywriting, and community engagement.

This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven insights, platform expertise, and a deep understanding of how to grow, engage, and protect brand communities in regulated industries.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Production:

  • Develop and manage content plans for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram
  • Produce or coordinate short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), including editing
  • Write texts, headlines, and adapt content to platform/legal requirements
  • Use tools like Canva/Figma or coordinate with designers

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Moderate and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Build and nurture loyal follower base and micro-influencer network
  • Run creative activations (e.g., giveaways, polls, collaborations)

Analytics, Collaboration & Reputation:

  • Track weekly KPIs (reach, ER, views, CTR, followers), report insights monthly
  • Cooperate with Acquisition Team on creatives and promo campaigns
  • Ensure brand tone and visuals are consistent across all platforms
  • Monitor crises (bans, negative feedback) and react per guidelines

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SMM (fintech, e-commerce, betting, or performance verticals)
  • Strong background in short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, Telegram Insights)
  • Understanding of UTM tagging, customer journeys, SEO/PR basics — plus
  • Creative, brand-aware, proactive and self-driven
