AI Engineer

In this position, you will be tasked with solving complex data processing tasks and implementing AI solutions into business processes.

Main areas of work:

1. Data Engineering:

• Development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines for data collection and processing
• Setting up systems for monitoring financial indicators and operational metrics in real time
• Working with various data sources (API, databases, streaming platforms)
• Implementation of alerting and data visualization systems.

2. Generative AI:

• Implementation of AI agents in business processes
• Adaptation of language models to the specifics of the domain
• Development and configuration of RAG systems
• Creation of tools for administration and monitoring of agent work
• Tracking the effectiveness of solutions and their continuous improvement

Candidate requirements:

• The ability to negotiate with other departments and change processes is important
• Experience with Big Data and streaming systems (Spark, Kafka and similar) is desirable
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Clickhouse, Kafka. Understanding when what is used
• Practical experience with LLM (GPT, Claude, Llama and others)
• Practical experience with agent systems (Cursor, Windsurf, Jules, Codex, etc.)
• Ability to configure RAG systems and work with vector databases
• Industrial engineering and model adaptation skills
• Knowledge of web development for creating control interfaces

Will be an advantage:
