PPC Marketing Specialist -Google, Meta, Bing

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for increasing our brand awareness, driving high-quality traffic, and generating leads and conversions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and managing campaigns that not only drive traffic but also consistently meet specific cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.

 

  • Key Responsibilities
    PPC Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other emerging PPC channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for refining campaigns to increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates while maintaining target cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. You will also build and refine target audiences to ensure our ads reach the right people.
  • Ad Creative & Copy: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate PPC budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

     

  • Requirements
    Experience: Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta is essential. Experience with Microsoft Bing is a plus.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of PPC strategies, best practices, and the ability to stay current with industry trends and platform updates, as well as the use of AI technology as needed.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance, interpreting data, and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights.
  • Work Style: A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
