Middle IT Project Manager Offline
About the Role:
Our Back-End Team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Middle IT Project Manager to coordinate the development of core platform services and integrations. You will work closely with developers, QA and product stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of backend features and infrastructure upgrades, driving efficiency and quality in a high-load gambling environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage backend projects across multiple brands.
- Maintain effective internal communication with BE developers, QA, Front-End, and external teams.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives, daily standups).
- Ensure timely delivery of backend tasks and integrations with third-party services.
- Track KPIs, analyze velocity, and report on sprint and release results.
- Prepare detailed documentation, meeting notes, and release reports.
- Manage dependencies between backend and frontend teams.
Monitor infrastructure changes and coordinate with DevOps on deployments.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Solid understanding of backend development processes and SDLC.
- Experience managing integrations with APIs and platform services.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the gambling domain or other high-load systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in gathering and formalizing technical requirements.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Technical / Specialized Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and database concepts(optional).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and theoretical knowledge of Waterfall.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify edge cases and proactively track risks.
- Understanding of gambling platform components and payment systems is a plus.
