Key Responsibilities:

• Customize the system according to the client’s business processes
• Provide user support and consulting
• Collaborate with the development team: write technical tasks for system modifications, monitor deadlines and quality of execution
• Create user documentation
• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects
• Work as part of a team according to the company’s project management methodology
• Maintain reporting on completed tasks
• Study the system to understand its overall purpose and functionality used by the client company

What We Expect from You:

• Experience working with CRM systems as a business analyst or implementation consultant
• Responsibility and initiative, ability to quickly learn new areas, result- and team-oriented mindset
