Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business systems in Romanian market
• Analyze client company business processes
• Collaborate with the development team by writing technical specifications for system modifications, and monitor timelines and quality of delivery
• Configure the system to fit client company business processes
• Provide user support and consultations
• Prepare user documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service
• Meet deadlines and report on completed tasks

What We Expect From You:

• At least 2 years of experience as a chief accountant, financial controller, or analyst
• Experience with enterprise management systems (accounting, financial, or management systems)
• Experience and knowledge of Romanian legislation and accounting
• Experience in automating accounting systems
• Knowledge of English B1 and higher

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a content writer/copywriter in business, IT, or a related field
• Fluency in Polish (native speaker or C2 level) — both written and spoken
• English at B1+ level for internal team communication and working with technical documentation
• Understanding of business processes and the specifics of the Polish market
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create content in various formats — from long-form articles to short texts for social media and ads
• Ability to adapt content to different target audiences and business objectives
• Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into engaging, user-friendly content
• Experience collaborating with technical experts to gather information and adapt it for a non-technical audience
• Understanding of visual content support: basic grasp of how text interacts with infographics, screenshots, and UI examples
• Understanding of UX writing principles — especially for interface content and user guides
• Awareness of content consumption trends and audience behavior in the Polish market
• Ability to work with open sources, statistics, and research

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional languages (Ukrainian, Spanish, German) for collaboration with an international team
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and services

Responsibilities:

• Creating up-to-date Polish-language content for all company communication channels
• Writing and adapting content for websites, product landing pages, and marketing materials
• Creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Writing articles, case studies, and news pieces for the company blog and external platforms
• Compiling company digests, including information gathering and structuring
• Writing press and post-event releases for the Polish market
• Writing SEO-optimized content
• Preparing copy for email campaigns and automated marketing flows
• Creating briefs for infographics, solution roadmaps, and service visuals
• Collaborating with the marketing team to meet the content calendar
• Localizing global company content for the Polish market, with cultural context in mind
• Preparing articles for Polish media and partner platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend features and maintain the existing ASP.NET Web API solution (.NET 6 and above), including working with SQL Server
• Deliver new functionality and improvements for both the core product and client-specific customizations, including bug fixes and change requests
• Work with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, etc.) as part of ongoing development and support
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML; manage releases and deploy new clients using Bicep
• Participate in Agile team processes: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, estimations, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

What We Expect from You:

• 1+ year of experience in backend web development with .NET (preferably ASP.NET Core / Web API / Razor Pages)
• Strong understanding of C# fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and RESTful API design
• Experience writing unit tests using frameworks like NUnit or xUnit
• Basic experience with SQL Server: writing queries, handling schema changes, working with relational data, and using EF Core 6+
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Initial experience with Azure services or a strong desire to grow in cloud-based development (App Services, Functions, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in standard team ceremonies (dailies, retros, estimations)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and interest in DevOps concepts
• Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken) – you should feel comfortable reading documentation and communicating with the team

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on multi-tenant systems or implementing client-specific customizations
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or React JS
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and YAML-based pipelines in Azure DevOps

Функціональні обов’язки:

• Проведення щомісячного моніторингу ключових слів та розширення семантичного ядра для кожного продуктового сайту компанії;
• Дослідження конкурентів, аналіз їх посилань та ключових запитів, за якими видаються в пошуковій видачі;
• Ініціація змін архітектури сайтів, контенту, посилань та інших факторів для покращення позицій сайтів у видачі;
• Розробка та впровадження стратегії побудови посилань;
• Дослідження трендів та реалізація конкретних планів щодо створення різних типів контенту для збільшення органічного трафіку;
• Оптимізація текстів на сторінках продуктових сайтів, блогів та інших посадкових сторінках;
• Робота з продуктовими командами та командою райтерів, підготовка тз райтерам для створення контенту, оптимізованого під SEO;
• Управління SEO витратами: прорахунок бюджету, його дотримання, оцінка місячних витрат та усунення розбіжностей, звітування по результатах;
• Розробка SEO стратегії просування сайтів;
• Проведення внутрішніх та зовнішніх аудитів сайтів;
• Регулярні звіти по залученню органічного трафіка та лідогенерації;
• Вільне володіння такими інструментами як: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Serpstat, Google Analytics, Google Trends. Навички роботи з Google Ads будуть перевагою;
• Пошук ключових слів для реклами Google Ads за запитом;
• English B1+
