About the role

What to do

• Run requirements-gathering workshops and discovery sessions with clients
• Translate business requirements into Business Central functional designs and configurations
• Configure Business Central modules (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and related areas) to meet client needs
• Support implementation projects end-to-end, from design through go-live
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for existing Business Central clients
• Collaborate with technical consultants/developers on customizations and integrations
• Advise clients on best practices, including UAE-specific requirements (e.g., VAT)

Role Overview
We are looking for a specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace.
The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of our container-based integration layer, working on advanced customizations and channel integrations within Dynamics 365.

Core Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace.
• Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) for embedding and connecting external applications.
• Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Work with Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment.
• Ensure performance, usability, and maintainability of the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

Mandatory Requirements !!!
Proven hands-on experience with:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Practical experience with:
o Copilot Service Workspace
o Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
o Microsoft APM SDK
• Strong experience in:
o JavaScript development within Dynamics environments
• Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications inside Dynamics (container-based approach).

Nice to Have
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications. Skills & Competencies
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical skills to align technical solutions with functional requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex integration scenarios.

• Організація демі-показів для замовників, координація етапу користувацького тестування.

Must-have:

• Мінімум 3-5 років досвіду в тестуванні програмного забезпечення, з яких не менше 2 років безпосередньо з MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Глибоке розуміння того, як працюють основні модулі системи (General Ledger, Sales/Purchasing, Inventory, Fixed Assets).
• Володіння інструментами створення тест-кейсів та чек-листів.
• Знання архітектури Business Central (розуміння концепції базової системи та Extensions).
• Вміння працювати з інструментами тестування API.
