Key Responsibilities

BC Functional Expertise

• Manufacturing: BOMs, production orders, routings, subcontracting, costing
• Advanced WMS: bin-level inventory, directed put-away/pick, warehouse flows, tally/variable UOM

Role Summary

We are seeking a practical and capable Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 Developer to support, extend, and improve the Microsoft business applications stack. This is a hands-on role suited to a middle-level engineer who understands Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM concepts, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions
• Work with Dataverse, Power Platform, Model-driven apps, and solution components
• Implement custom logic using plugins, JavaScript, custom APIs, Power Automate, and related technologies
• Extend business processes around work orders, scheduling, resources, assets, inventory, and mobile scenarios
• Design and develop integrations with external systems and data sources
• Use Azure services to support integrations, automation, data processing, and scalable solution architecture
• Contribute to AI-assisted solutions and AI-driven delivery approaches
• Translate functional requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation, and technical quality assurance

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years development experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and other apps (Sales, CS, Marketing) and Dataverse
• Strong experience with Power Platform
• Practical experience with plugins, JavaScript, custom APIs, integrations, and Dataverse customisations
• Solid understanding of Azure services used in integrations, automation, and enterprise application development
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools or building AI-supported business solutions
• Understanding of Field Service processes such as work orders, scheduling, resources, assets, inventory, and mobile scenarios
• Good understanding of APIs, authentication, security, data models, and deployment practices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a client-facing project environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical quality

Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії:

Челленджі на три місяці:
• ознайомлення з середовищем ERP(BAS, MS BC) всередині компанії
• підтримка кінцевих користувачів (help-desk)
• участь в написання технічних завдань для кастомізації регламентованого обліку під потреби/зміни законодавства
навчання користувачів, вирішення завдань користувачів інструментами облікових систем

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться:
• від 2-х років досвід роботи з обліковими системами (BAS ERP, 1С, MS Business Central 365 та інші)
• впевнені знання в мінімум одній або декількох предметних областях: бухгалтерський облік, фінансовий облік, кадровий облік та розрахунок заробітної плати, компенсацій, облік ПДВ, облік за МСФЗ, облік ОЗ/НМА.
• досвід в підтримці користувачів в роботі з обліковими системами
• вища освіта (бажано — економіка підприємства, бухгалтерія та ін.)
• досвід участі в проєктах автоматизації, в якості постановника завдання/аналітика (буде перевагою)
• знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate
