Head of Media Buying

     Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing/media buying, including at least 1 year in team management (C-level).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling ad campaigns with budgets of $1M+/month per department (we operate with higher budgets, smaller ones are not considered).
  • Hands-on experience with various traffic sources and GEOs (FB, TikTok, PPC, Google, UAC).
  • Experience working with agency accounts โ€” MANDATORY, including external farming.
  • Solid understanding of the technical side of media buying: tracking, anti-fraud, farming, proxies, etc.
  • Experience working with GEOs: Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 / CIS.
  • Experience in building teams and processes from scratch.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility, stress resilience, and ability to make fast decisions in a high-paced environment.

  • โ— Strategic Scaling
  • Develop and implement media buying strategy across major advertising channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, PPC, UAC, ASO).
  • Analyze offers and prioritize high-potential combinations based on data.
  • Flexibly manage budgets in response to market changes.
  • โ— Team Building & Management
  • Hire, onboard, and develop team leads and media buying teams.
  • Establish performance evaluation systems (eCPA, ROI, CR, approve rate, CTR, volume).
  • Provide mentorship, regular syncs and reviews, and foster team competence growth.
  • โ— System Creation
  • Implement end-to-end business processes: from creatives to scaling.
  • Automate and standardize funnels, hypotheses, analytics, and testing.
  • Build and oversee technical infrastructure: trackers, proxies, anti-detect tools, farming, etc.
  • โ— Data-Driven Optimization
  • Continuously monitor key metrics and respond promptly to changes.
  • Collaborate with analysts and technical teams to create reports and maintain control.
  • โ— Cross-Department Coordination
  • Work closely with the affiliate department on offers, caps, and terms.
