Unity Developer to $2500

We’re seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our team for the development of

an exciting competitive mobile third-person action game. We are dedicated to creating immersive

gaming experiences that captivate players and push the boundaries of technology and creativity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to prototype and implement core game mechanics based on the game

design.

Solve architectural challenges to ensure scalable and maintainable game systems.

Communicate openly about issues and provide constructive feedback.

Actively seek opportunities to improve knowledge, workflows, and processes within the team.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in online game development, particularly in mobile platforms (Android, iOS).

Experience implementing melee and shooting mechanics in third-person action online games.

Good knowledge of Unity ECS and Netcode for Entities or similar.

Familiarity with software architecture and design patterns.

Experience with Inversion of Control (IoC) and Dependency Injection (DI) using VContainer.

Proficient in using Addressables and Unity UI.

Ability to work with animation controllers and manage animations through code.

Deep understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming

(UniTask/Coroutines/TAP).

Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Component-Based Design (CBD).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, and Figma.

Result-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A genuine passion for video games and the gaming industry.

Nice to Have

A strategic mindset – an ability to think in systems, understanding the broader implications of

features.

Experience in game backend development.

Familiarity with Unity's UI Toolkit.

Experience in game AI programming.

A portfolio showcasing previous work in game development.
