You'll be working on high-impact projects like AI assistants for citizens, intelligent document processing for civil servants, and tools that make government more efficient and transparent. We are at the forefront of a major national initiative, with a strong chance of securing significant funding to make this a reality.

Your role will be to design, build, and fine-tune the core AI solutions using technologies like LLMs, RAG, and advanced NLP. You will be a foundational member of a team that is changing how a country operates.

Note: We are currently in the proposal stage for a major grant. This initial phase involves presenting a credible team of experts. We are looking for candidates open to a non-binding consulting agreement initially, with a clear path to a full-time or part-time paid role upon securing funding (decision expected in ~4 weeks).
