Lead Generation & Growth Specialist (Remote, EST hours)

Part-Time / Full-Time | $500-$750/month base + Bonus | EST Hours Required

We're a fast-growing New York, USA based startup looking for a driven, articulate, and resourceful Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to join our remote team. 🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a hybrid role that combines sales outreach, customer support, and onboarding assistance. Specifically, you will:

• Send DMs on social media to generate and qualify new leads.
• Respond to inbound leads via social media and email, quickly and professionally.
• Set up sales meetings for the founding team with potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and assist with converting them into users.
• Monitor the live chatbot on our website and reply to user questions in real-time.
• Host onboarding calls (screen-sharing) to help new users get started and understand the platform.
• Serve as the primary customer support contact, answering questions and solving problems via email, chat, and social media.

• Help out with ad hoc marketing and customer support tasks as needed.

• Are hardworking and self-motivated — you get things done without hand-holding.
• Are highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail.
• 🕰️ Can work at least 6 hours/day on Eastern Standard Time (EST).. This is flexible.

• Want to grow with a USA startup and take on more responsibility over time and enter a founding role eventually.

   

Compensation

• Base salary: $500-$750 + Performance based bonuses + Sales Commission.
