We are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager who will be responsible for the full customer journey β€” from onboarding to retention and reactivation β€” through the creation of data-driven campaigns and automation.

 

You will report to the Head of Retention and Customer Growth and work within the Smartico CRM system to plan, execute, and build segmented, personalized campaigns that enhance player engagement, lifetime value (LTV), and satisfaction.

 

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in iGaming, and the ability to design data-oriented marketing scenarios to boost customer engagement and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and execute retention, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns via Smartico CRM.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns β€” from concept to launch and post-analysis.
  • Set up triggered and automated communications for different player segments via email, inbox messages, pop-ups, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Configure and test bonuses and rewards within the CRM and back office prior to launch.
  • Plan the weekly CRM calendar (promotions, offers, reactivations).
  • Monitor key KPIs: FTD conversion, D1/D7/D30 retention, churn, LTV, engagement (CTR, OR, CR), reactivation rate. Analyze campaign performance and player segmentation, and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Collaborate with the VIP Team Lead to personalize offers and rewards.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize future campaigns and improve customer experience.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys for different lifecycle stages.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and VIP teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmark customer offers to refine communication strategies.
  • Execute A/B testing of campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Partner with the Head of Retention & Growth to align on retention strategy.

 

Experience and Skills Required:

 

Must-Have:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in iGaming/crypto/fintech with a deep understanding of player lifecycle management, CRM tools (especially Smartico), and marketing promotions.
  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign analytics, customer lifecycles, and communication strategies.
  • Understanding of bonus and loyalty programs in iGaming.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Track record of successful implementation of growth strategies through promotions and retention campaigns.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric and commercially minded.

 

Nice-to-Have:

 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS to edit email templates.
  • Understanding of crypto and blockchain audiences.
  • Basic experience with SQL, Postgres, Sendgrid, Mailgun.
