What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of media buyers to reach ambitious KPIs;
• Planning, launching, and optimizing high-budget campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, native networks, and more;
• Developing and refining strategies to scale what works and cut what doesn’t;
• Coordinating with designers, copywriters, and analysts to craft high-converting creatives and funnels;

• Driving data-backed decisions, building processes, and sharing knowledge across the team.

   

  Who We’re Looking For:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (media buying);
• You’ve successfully managed 5- to 6-figure monthly ad budgets;
• You’re confident with metrics, funnels, A/B testing, and attribution models;
• You’ve led or mentored other buyers and know how to scale a team;
• Your English is at B1+ level — you’re comfortable communicating in a remote, international environment;
• You’re analytical, strategic, and always one step ahead when it comes to trends and platform updates.
