IT Finance Specialist Offline

We are looking for a talented IT Finance Specialist to join our partner's  team. 
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking;
• Manage purchasing processes for licenses, domains, certificates, services, and equipment;
• Maintain accurate records of all IT-related purchases and financial documentation;
• Liaise with external service providers and vendors;
• Facilitate cross-team financial planning and coordination;
• Process IT financial transactions and issues in 1C;
• Collaborate with internal Finance, Business, and IT stakeholders.
   

Essential professional experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT finance, procurement, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management in an IT context;
• Hands-on experience with 1C or similar ERP systems;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools;
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, intermediate English.
