AI/ML+Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML+Python Engineer to join our core team. You will contribute to the development of critical AI/ML infrastructure for blockchain-based AI model execution and training capabilities.

About the project
A blockchain-based system that integrates GPU computing, AI models, and AI agents in a decentralized environment. The infrastructure enables the creation, training, and execution of AI models without centralized servers, ensuring transparency and scalability. AI agents can interact with smart contracts, analyze data, and make autonomous decisions.
The technology is designed for Web3 applications, process automation, and integrating AI into the decentralized economy.

Responsibilities:

• Dataset management
• Storage, processing, and validation systems
• ML model training
• Training infrastructure and orchestration
• AI model deployment and optimization
• Performance tuning and validation pipelines
• Integration with blockchain execution layer
• Connecting services with existing Kubernetes-based runtime
• Building APIs for cli integration
• Blockchain event processing via Redis/PostgreSQL
• Enabling end-to-end AI training workflows
• Supporting model-dataset linking for training operations
• Implementing training metadata collection and storage

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Python development experience (FastAPI/Flask, async/await patterns) with an AI/ML focus
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, scikit-learn)
• Experience with Production ML systems — training pipelines, model deployment
• Knowledge of containerization — Docker, Kubernetes (production experience)
• Experience with microservices architecture in production AWS services (S3, ECR, Secrets Manager)
• Familiarity with database design — PostgreSQL, Redis, metadata schemas
• Experience with API development — RESTful services, async processing

Will be a plus:

• ONNX Runtime experience or model optimization
• Blockchain integration knowledge and familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, smart contracts)
• Experience with model execution in constrained environments
• Experience with Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) or familiarity with secure enclave technologies
• An awareness of zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) and their applications in cryptography would be beneficial
• Ability to read and understand Go/Rust code
