Community (Telegram) Manager for iGaming Offline
We are looking for a proactive community/content manager to take full ownership of our Telegram channels. The role involves creating and executing a detailed content plan, publishing engaging daily posts, and coordinating closely with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality materials.
The ideal candidate will actively interact with the community, respond to user feedback, and foster a friendly, professional environment. Additionally, you will plan and run marketing campaigns, contests, and giveaways while regularly analyzing engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and boost audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed content plan for our Telegram channels;
- Create and post engaging daily content, including promotions, betting tips, and updates;
- Set tasks and coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce necessary content;
- Monitor comments and user activity, promptly respond to questions and feedback;
- Keep the community active and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere;
- Launch and oversee marketing campaigns, contests, and giveaways;
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports with insights for optimization;
