Senior Computer Vision (Embedded/RTOS)

Crunch is looking for a seasoned Computer Vision Consultant with deep expertise in embedded systems and RTOS environments. You will help shape high-impact CV solutions by providing expert technical consultancy during presales and discovery, aligning vision-based technologies with real-world business use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultancy to assess feasibility and scope for computer vision solutions on embedded or RTOS-based devices.
• Participate in early-stage technical discovery sessions with potential clients to gather requirements and identify viable approaches.
• Support pre-sales efforts with tailored proposals, time estimates, and implementation recommendations.
• Lead or co-lead 1:1 discovery calls with clients and internal teams (up to 1 hour per call).
• Participate in internal alignment sessions (up to 1 hour) to finalize proposals and strategic fit.

• Stay engaged as an external expert on-demand for future embedded CV consulting requests, even if the project doesn’t proceed.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing computer vision models for embedded systems and/or RTOS platforms.
• Strong consultancy skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical roadmaps and time estimates.
• Proven experience in technical presales is a strong plus.
• Experience leading small tech teams or being a technical lead is a strong plus.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (verbal and written) for effective communication with international teams and clients.
• Availability for up to 2 hours of consulting: 1 hour internal alignment, 1 hour external discovery call.
