Robotics Operations Support & Supervisor — Autonomous Transport Robots

(with the option to grow into a Robotics Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant)

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the everyday operation of our autonomous transport robots at customer facilities.
• Monitor robot fleets through our web dashboards, analyse KPIs and react to alarms or deviations.
• Coordinate with developers and on-site staff to troubleshoot issues, schedule maintenance and roll out software updates.
• Fine-tune robot routes, speeds and task priorities to maximise throughput and safety.
• Prepare concise status reports, operating manuals and training materials for users and partners.
• Create digital-twin simulations for demonstrations, presales and continuous improvement initiatives.
• After gaining experience: deliver operator trainings, take the technical lead in customer projects and, when needed, travel to client sites in the EU or US.

Your Profile

• Active Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
• Interest in robotics/automation; prior QA or logistics experience is welcome but not mandatory.
• Studies with an analytical or technical focus (e.g. robotics, mechanical or industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, economics).
• Solid communication skills, an analytical mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
• Minimum intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Sense of responsibility, self-organisation, perseverance and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
