Head of Amazon, Product Manager
VitaUp is a fast-growing, premium supplement brand competing with market leaders like NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made โ on Amazon US and EU. We are not a startup finding its feet. We have proven products, a real P&L, and the ambition to scale significantly.
We are looking for Head of Amazon (Product Owner) โ someone who will own this channel the way a founder owns a business โ setting strategy, driving execution, and being accountable for results. Not a coordinator. Not a task-taker. Someone who sees the full picture and knows exactly which levers to pull.
What youโll get from this role
- Full ownership over a portfolio of high-performing SKUs in a competitive, high-ROI niche โ revenue, margin, and growth are your numbers.
- Product launch strategy end-to-end: market research, positioning, pre-launch setup, post-launch acceleration.
- Data-driven decision making using Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard โ turning signals into action.
- A/B testing, keyword split-tests, and scaling experiments โ you test fast, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
- Cross-functional coordination: aligning PPC, design, influencer, and affiliate teams around launch and growth roadmaps.
- Supply chain collaboration: forecasting stock needs, preventing stockouts, and planning restocks around growth cycles.
- Defining how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales within the health and supplements category.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven Amazon operator. You have 4+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central โ not agency side, not theoretical.
- Demonstrable X โ Y growth. You have taken products from launch to 6-figure monthly revenue and can show the numbers.
- Supplements / wellness expertise. You understand the health and supplements category โ the regulatory nuances, the competitive dynamics, the customer psychology.
- Performance-first mindset. You think in metrics: BSR, conversion rate, ACoS, margin, LTV โ not just 'we improved the listing'.
- Self-directed & autonomous. You can structure your own roadmap, prioritize without being told, and challenge assumptions with data.
- Regulatory awareness. You understand FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon's content policies for health products.
- English B2+ (written and verbal). You have fluent English โ content quality matters in this niche.
- Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.
