We’re looking for a Fullstack Team Lead to drive the development of web and mobile applications and lead a cross-functional engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to build tech with real impact — and help shape the future of healthcare.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end development of web & mobile solutions (React, React Native, Node.js)
• Drive architecture, scalability, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design (Figma)
• Mentor engineers and support team growth

• Own agile delivery: sprint planning, QA, deployment

   

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams (3–5 people)
• 4+ years of fullstack hands-on development (Node.js, React)
• Production experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS or similar)
• Strong architecture & system design background
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
