Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Offline

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer.
 

About:
The client is based in the USA and works in the field of AI-driven advertising technology (AdTech). Their product helps brands create TV commercials using artificial intelligence.
Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, React.

Team composition:

• 1–2 Front-end Developers
• 3 Back-end Developers
• 1 Python Developer (AI)

Key Requirements:

• 6–7 years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer (Senior level)
• English proficiency: B2–C1
• Strong initiative and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in actions and decisions
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end (full-stack experience is a plus)
• Willingness to cover some overlap with the client’s time zone / stay available when needed

Interview Process:

1. Internal HR Interview (30–45 min)
2. Internal Technical Screening (30 min)
3. Client's Technical Interview (60 min)
