Blockchain Expert / Blockchain Engineer Offline

We are looking for a Blockchain Expert to join our team and lead the development of decentralized applications, smart contracts, and blockchain integrations. You will work closely with product managers, backend/front-end engineers, and security experts to build secure and scalable Web3 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Vyper / Rust)
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)
• Work with blockchains like Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, or Polkadot
• Integrate wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js)
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and security
• Conduct code audits and participate in security reviews
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers on end-to-end solutions
• Research and implement Layer 2 scaling solutions (zkRollups, Optimism, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development
• Proficient in Solidity or another smart contract language
• Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
• Experience with Web3 tools and libraries (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography
• Strong problem-solving skills and security awareness
• English — Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Rust (Solana), Cairo (StarkNet), or Substrate (Polkadot)
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs)
• Experience with DAO or DeFi projects
• Contribution to open-source blockchain projects
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
