Senior UX/UI AI Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX designer who has mastered modern AI tools at a high level and integrated them into their daily work.

This is a full-time, long-term position with the opportunity to work in a leading international team.

Your daily tasks will include

• Conducting user and stakeholder research to define needs and opportunities
• Creating user journeys, workflows, and experience principles that guide the AI experience
• Generating and exploring design concepts for AI-driven interactions
• Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity assets using Figma
• Testing designs with users and iterating based on feedback,
• Delivering final design assets, documentation, and supporting implementation when needed.

The following will make you succeed in this role

• Native English fluency
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with proven work on AI-powered experiences
• Expertise in journey mapping and information architecture
• Strong skills in ideation and conceptual design, particularly around AI interactions
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and wireframing
• Experience with usability testing and iterative design, with a focus on AI transparency and control
• Understanding of current AI capabilities and how to design within those constraints
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly document design work
