Project manager

We’re a fast-growing outsourcing IT company that’s been around for 13 years – and we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to join our team.


 

You’ll be managing the delivery of about one medium and a couple of small projects simultaneously, or one relatively big project. You’ll work closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to keep everything on track, remove roadblocks, and ensure we deliver high-quality solutions that make a real impact.

Requirements:


 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), predictive, and hybrid approaches, and how to balance flexibility with structure
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills – you’re great at keeping everyone on the same page
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery planning
  • Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment


 

Nice to have:


 

  • Certifications in Agile or Project management  (PSM, KMP, CAPM, PMP, etc.)


 

Responsibilities:


 

  • Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, timelines, risks, communication
  • Translate business goals into clear project plans and ensure alignment with the team
  • Maintain close communication with stakeholders and clients – manage expectations and keep everyone in the loop
  • Run planning, demo, and review sessions with the team
  • Track delivery metrics, identify bottlenecks, and work with the team to resolve them
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and releases while maintaining quality
  • Support and improve internal delivery processes
  • Help teams stay focused on outcomes and value, not just outputs
  • Drive post-mortems and lessons learned to fuel continuous improvement
