Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences for mobile and web platforms.
- Follow project conventions, methodologies, and best practices to deliver consistent and high-quality designs.
- Estimate and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery within project deadlines.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to validate design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Evaluate the UX effectiveness of existing applications, identifying and proposing actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to align design outputs with business and technical goals.
- Prepare comprehensive UX documentation: user flows, navigation maps, wireframes, mock-ups, task flows, and interactive prototypes for the development team.
- Support development teams during implementation, ensuring alignment with design specifications and quality standards.
- Present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders, clarifying requirements and aligning on project goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning.
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and methodologies, and integrate best practices into daily work.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
- Proven ability to deliver user-centered designs that align with both business and technical requirements.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (iOS), Material Design Guidelines, and responsive design best practices.
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and the ability to apply insights to improve designs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including active participation in team ceremonies.
- Clear understanding of the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
