    Key Responsibilities

    • Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences for mobile and web platforms.
    • Follow project conventions, methodologies, and best practices to deliver consistent and high-quality designs.
    • Estimate and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery within project deadlines.
    • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
    • Develop and maintain UI style guidesdesign systems, and reusable components to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to validate design decisions and enhance user experiences.
    • Evaluate the UX effectiveness of existing applications, identifying and proposing actionable improvements.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
    • Proven ability to deliver user-centered designs that align with both business and technical requirements.
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
       

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
    • Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)Material Design Guidelines, and responsive design best practices.
    • Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and the ability to apply insights to improve designs.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including active participation in team ceremonies.
