Project Manager

Overview

Enkonix is looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our company to work on exciting projects alongside a talented team at the Lisbon office. As a Project/Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for resource planning, task approvals, and reporting on progress — ensuring smooth delivery and reliable results.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of working experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous experience of working with foreign clients
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of SDLC
  • Ability to understand the client’s business needs and to transform them into technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with roadmap planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Experience in team management and workload planning to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ability to justify decisions based on business needs
  • Advanced / Fluent English
  • Previous Business Analyst experience will be a plus
  • Background in product management or willingness to take on product responsibilities will be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and oversee product development from concept to delivery
  • Communicate the product vision and direction to both the development team and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Define project scope and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Plan team workload and ensure the availability of resources for smooth project execution
  • Manage the project backlog, prioritize tasks based on business value or ROI, and coordinate iteration planning
  • Create and maintain the project’s technical roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and technical capacity
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to deliver optimal solutions
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates
  • Stay up to date with Agile best practices, methodologies, and industry trends
